  1. I think the quote: Excellence Requires: Planning, Commitment, Focus, Discipline, and Sacrafice, fits me the best because I have been focused and commited to many things in my life. Some things have cause me to develope a great disipline. I have also had to sacrafice many things in my life ranging from my injuring my body or a life style i was used to.
